The project will deliver 433 dwelling units (including 6 Extremely Low-Income and 30 Very Low-Income Density Bonus qualifying/replacement units), approximately 711,081 square feet, near UC Berkeley's campus. The project would also include 10,068 square feet of commercial space and 1 parking space.
